Conference rooms all look the same in every country. A catamaran in the Gulf of Thailand does not. Whether you're running an incentive trip, a management offsite or the reward half-day after a hard quarter, a private boat gives you the one thing a hotel can't: people talking to colleagues they never normally sit next to.
Practically, we work the way companies need us to. One coordinator, a written programme, a firm all-inclusive quote, a proper invoice, and a plan B for weather agreed in advance. Catering can be a beach barbecue or a full sit-down lunch on deck, and we can run several boats together for larger teams.

A typical incentive half-day
- 1:00 pmPick-up at your hotel — one bus or several, depending on group size
- 1:30 pmBoarding, welcome drinks and briefing on deck
- 2:15 pmSail out; optional team activity while under way
- 3:15 pmAnchor in a bay: swimming, kayaks, paddleboards
- 4:30 pmCanapés and drinks served on deck
- 5:45 pmSunset leg back with a short word from the management if you want one
- 6:30 pmDrop-off at the hotel, in time for dinner

👥 Group size: up to 20 per catamaran, up to 60 across three boats sailing together. Above that, tell us your numbers and we'll build a plan.
📅 Lead time: two to four weeks for a group of 20+. High season (December–February) books out earlier — provisional holds are free.
🌦️ Plan B: agreed in writing before you travel: a sheltered route, a later slot or a beachfront alternative. Nobody improvises on the day.

Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We issue a proper invoice with your company details and accept bank transfer. A deposit confirms the date; the balance is payable before or on the day, whichever your finance team prefers.
How many people can you take?
Up to 20 on a single catamaran and around 60 across three boats sailing together and sharing the same stops. For larger groups, send us your numbers and dates and we'll come back with options.
Can you run actual team-building exercises?
We can, with a facilitator, or we can keep it simple — a kayak relay and a snorkelling challenge often do more for a team than a structured workshop. Tell us the outcome you want.
